Belgian Pavilions at Security and Defence exhibitions

The Belgian Security & Defence Industry (BSDI)  organizes joint participation for its members in international trade fairs through a pavilion under the Belgian flag.  Joining forces enables Agoria’s Security & Defence members to get excellent booth locations and dedicated services as well as to enjoy higher visibility which leads to a higher appeal for visiting national and international delegations.

The BSDI participates in exhibitions for which there are at least three members companies interested, which are then required to welcome visitors by providing joint services and potentially common spaces (lounge, meeting room, bar area…).

The BSDI leads and supports its members nationally and internationally, with exhibitions in but not limited to Belgium, Europe, Asia, the UAE and United States.

 
 

Participation options at BSDI Belgian Pavilions

You can join the Belgian Pavilion with:

  • An individual booth (min. 12m²)
  • A shared booth (2-3 members, 6 or 4 m² each)
  • A product ample booth manned by BSDI

If you do not exhibit or have a booth at the exhibition, you can still opt for the walker programme:

  • It provides access to the common space for your meetings, visibility through potential media outlets, logo on the lounge wall, video presentation and participation in the Belgian Pavilion events.
