We invite you to our webinar on the recently published proposal of the Industrial Accelerator Act (IAA) on the 1st of April 2026 at 10 am. The IAA introduces targeted and proportionate ‘Made in EU' and / or low-carbon requirements for public procurement and public support schemes. These will apply to selected strategic sectors, such as steel, aluminium, cars, and net-zero technologies with as aim to strengthen European production capacities and boost industrial manufacturing in Europe.

On top of that the IAA streamlines and digitalises permitting procedures for industrial projects. This includes the introduction of a single digital ‘one-stop-shop' with clear time limits as well as the principle of tacit approval at intermediate stages of the permit-granting process for energy-intensive decarbonisation projects. During this webinar we will go into detail of the different proposals of relevance for the technological industry. We foresee also to tackle your Q&A, observations in order to get your insight of the potential impact of this proposal on your activities.
