Presentation of the Performance Contract of Infrabel at Agoria, on 2 February 2023

The meeting started with a presentation of the proposed activities for the year 2023 for the group. We are planning the usual meetings and info sessions, but also new activities such as meetings with new stakeholders, such as the "connected companies" to the Infrabel network.

Benoît Gilson then presented the Performance Contract 2023-2032, which was adopted at the end of last year. This contract is a key strategic document. It allows Infrabel to programme its investments over the long term without the risk of unexpected reversals and changes of direction. It ensures the continuity of projects from one legislature to the next. 
In addition, Infrabel seeks to consolidate the Belgian railway ecosystem and to strengthen the visibility of the sector and its economic and societal role. Access to the network is a factor of attractiveness for major economic players.
Many other topics were discussed, followed by a question and answer session and a lunch. Infrabel is announcing the organisation of a "supplyers' day" in April 2023, to which we will be sure to invite our members!
