How do you begin the realization of a climate-neutral building stock? Agoria already began by mapping the financing capacity of owners and from there continued to work on various initiatives to help shape policy and the tools needed. Meanwhile, this has grown into a fine collaboration with governments and stakeholders in which policy priorities are considered, policy proposals are co-designed and the necessary tools are developed and supported.
