Om de vijf jaar wordt afgetoetst of de internationale normen nog steeds de stand der techniek weerspiegelen. Voor een hele reeks ISO-normen van commissies onder het beheer van sectoroperator Agoria ICT wordt tegen 18 februari 2021 een Belgisch standpunt verwacht. Bekijk hier de lijst.
Mogelijke acties zijn:
- terugtrekken (verouderde technologie)
- herzien (bijwerken naar de huidige stand der techniek)
- bevestigen (norm nog steeds actueel).
Als u een van de betreffende normen gebruikt, is het belangrijk om dit te melden. Normen waarvoor minder dan 5 landen aangeven deze te gebruiken, worden immers automatisch teruggetrokken.
Wenst u wijzigingen aan te brengen aan zo'n norm, dan is deze systematische evaluatie een uitgelezen moment om dit te melden. U dient er wel voor te zorgen dat voldoende andere landen dit voorstel steunen. Met het oog op een eventuele herziening, kan u steeds aangeven of u bereid bent hieraan mee te werken.
