This initiative started from co.mobility's founding partners: AG, BNP Paribas Fortis, Brussels Airport Company, MIVB/STIB, NMBS/SNCB and Touring. The ecosystem is orchestrated by Co.Station, who acts as the neutral operator and guardian of the methodology.

The ecosystem program consists of an ideation phase and a prototyping phase. In the first phase, 6 Design Thinking workshops are organized for 8 different multi-company teams. The very first workshop is on 21/4, the others are spread out until the end of June.  Out of these 8 teams, 4 will advance to a prototyping phase which is also moderated by Co.Station. The end result is a business opportunity for each and every company that has collaborated on specific use-case.
