Golden Generation Arena Awards Ceremony: and the winners are… Last Thursday, the dice were cast for students from various universities who were taking part in a contest organised by the Royal Belgian Football Association, the Memorial Van Damme and the City of Brussels. The virtual awards ceremony took place in Genk, with the award winners in each of the categories announced by Kevin Borlée, Benoit Hellings, Cédric Van Branteghem, Roberto Martinez and Peter Bossaert.
Sports & Entertainment Technology Club zooms in on 'Sports technology in Australia' The Sports & Entertainment Technology Club recently organized, together with Flanders Investment & Trade, a plug-in session on 'Sports technology in Australia.' Luca Bottallo, economic representative of Flanders in Melbourne, gave a presentation of the vast ecosystem around the country's various sports, sports infrastructure and facilities, technology and support services.
