Coronavirus – Technology industry operating at 86% (Agoria) As reported by Agoria, the sector federation: since the restart in early May, work within the technology industry has further increased to 86% in June. It is expected to increase further to 90% over the next six months.
Reopening Europe’s External Borders: Recommendation of the European Council On 30 June 2020, the European Council issued a recommendation with a number of guidelines for the EU as a whole, making it possible for Member States to open their borders to travellers from outside Europe as of 1 July. Within this European framework, it is up to each Member State to decide when, under what conditions and from which countries travellers will be allowed in again.

Bart Steukers future CEO of Agoria Bart Steukers (58) is to be the new CEO of technology federation Agoria as of 1 April 2021. He will succeed Marc Lambotte, who will retire from Agoria at the age of 65. The board of directors already made this decision for a smooth transition in these difficult coronavirus times, Mr Lambotte said.
HD Ledshine provides Kinepolis on Tour with 'largest mobile screen in the world' Kinepolis kicks off summer with "Kinepolis On Tour", a series of drive-in movies throughout Flanders. The giant screens that will be used at each location, are provided by HD Ledshine, a member of Agoria's Sports & Entertainment Technology Club.
Blueberry, new Belgian industrial group in aerospace industry Sabena Aerospace and SABCA, two members of Agoria Aeronautics and Agoria FLAG, recently formed a new Belgian industrial group in the aerospace industry. "It has always been a great ambition to pool the strengths of different companies for the benefit of a strong aerospace industry in Belgium. I am very proud that we have now achieved this goal" said Stéphane Burton, CEO of Blueberry and Sabena Aerospace.
