On 9 November the Belgian Security and Defence Industry and Agoria organized the networking event of the Nato Industry Forum 2016. The Forum addressed a recognised need for an elevated strategic dialogue between NATO and industry to ensure that the Alliance benefits from the best solutions to military requirements, within expected budget and time constraints, now and in the foreseeable future.

With the Royal Museum of the Armed Forces and Military History as a scenery, the networking event combined participants from 83 corporations together with the NATO top, National and EU politicians, academia and think-tanks from over 35 countries. All partners look back on a highly successful happening.

At the beginning of the evening, the gathering was addressed by Deputy Secretary General Ms. Rose Gottemoeller and Mr. Claude Van de Voorde, Chief of Staff to Minister of Defence, introduced by Mr. Roland Teheux, as representative for Agoria and BSDI.
