MEDICA and COMPAMED 2020 to be launched as 'virtual.MEDICA' and 'virtual.COMPAMED' with three focal areas From today 16 November until Thursday 19 November, the trade fairs MEDICA 2020 and COMPAMED 2020 will take place in a fully online setting. Both events are major information and communication platforms for the medical technology industry and their suppliers.
Successful start for acceleration program to boost medical health tech UAntwerpen, UZA and Verhaert Masters in Innovation kicked off the acceleration program ‘Medical Solutions Accelerator’. With this program, the 3 organizations support the development of innovative medical solutions. This fall 12 starting entrepreneurs of 5 teams will receive 5 coaching days on R&D and technology. Its central focus will be the patient as end user. The program closes on December 4 with a pitch event.
